2015/16 Theatre Rental Grant Program Deadlines
Does your arts and culture organization needs a well-equipped venue to produce a cultural event?
The Theatre Rental Grant program offers financial assistance to non-profit arts and cultural organizations to rent the centrally-located Vancouver Civic Theatres (Orpheum, Annex, Vancouver Playhouse, and Queen Elizabeth Theatre).
New in 2015/16: additional performance spaces are now eligible for rental support including the outdoor QET Plaza and indoor ancillary spaces. Please refer to the Theatre Rental Grant Guidelines for more details.
Please note that there are two steps and two deadlines to submit a grant request to the 2015/16 Theatre Rental Grant Program.
• March 18, 2015 at 4:00 pm: Booking Request form submitted to Vancouver Civic Theatres.
• April 8, 2015 at 4:00 pm: Theatre Rental Grant online Application form submitted to Cultural Services
These deadlines cover eligible activities happening during the performing arts season between September 1, 2015 and August 31, 2016.
